A security deposit of $50.00 will be applied for each rental item. The security deposit is refundable contingent upon the returned item being in satisfactory conditio

2. After receiving a rental quote, you will be prompted to submit a 50% deposit that will go directly towards your rental order specified in your quote to confirm your reservation. We will reserve the item(s) for a period of 48 business hours until the deposit has been received, after which the hold will be lifted and the items will become available to other customers.

 

3. A Debit or credit security deposit/ hold for your total order will also be required on booking, this amount will be held for up to 7 days after your rental has been returned. 4. The remaining payment is to be made on the day of delivery.

Delivery is available for clients in Durham Region and the GTA.

 

Delivery charge ranges from $29.99 - $49.99 per rental equipment order and from $1.25 - $2.25 per Min & K/ for Trailer deliveries. Delivery is free for equipment rental orders with an accumulated subtotal cost of $250 or more.

Cancellation Policy

 

Full refund 7 days prior to rental date. 50% refund 3 days prior to rental date. On cancellations 2 days or less, no refund will be offered.

 

Exchange Policy

 

All items of equal or less value may be exchanged up to 48hrs prior to rental date without a service fee charge, subject to availability. Items exchanged that are more expensive than the original rented item will need to pay the difference to complete the exchange. All exchange request less then 48hrs prior to rental date will have a $24.99 service fee charge.

 

Return Policy

 

Return policy is applicable to any and all items or rentals that is damaged and or non-functioning within manufacturer parameters. Notification of the damage or non functioning items needs to be reported within the first hour of the scheduled rental.
